  very friendly staff delicious fish and chips not to gresy always well cooked i also enjoy the scallops,cray sticks and potatoe cakes. always my first choice for take away food in hamilton

  While travelling through to SA from Melbourne we stopped at Lakeside Fish shop to get some dinner for the family. A simple piece of fish was $6.20 and $5 of chips was little more than 2 handfuls but we were hungry. The Fish was freshly battered but cooked from frozen and was greasy, raw, cold and still solid in the middle. The chips were good but not of any value.

  I spent over $45 here and we had to throw most of it out. I am writing this as I suffer the effects from eating from this place a day later. I just don't get how you guy's are still in business serving up such muck.

  Nice chips although the value for money is ridiculous. $10 worth of chips fed 4 people. Will not be back
