  Posted a letter from Adelaide the week before Christmas and it was returned to me the first week of February. Not a single post mark on it so no way to verify where it was for all that time.

  I had to drive to Hamilton to deliver it myself and then went to the post office to find out why it couldn't be delivered. Scored the most arrogant unhelpful staff member that one could ever find. Presented the envelope and asked why it couldn't be delivered and after checking out the back she came back and told me that they are no longer at that address and I said yes they are as I just delivered the contents myself and then she immediately said that they weren't when I posted it and I said that is correct but I was told to use the original address as the mail was being redirected and then I got the look. You know the one that people do when dog poo is on their shoe. Australia post Hamilton, Victoria. You suck

  Letter was addressed to a well known business that was temporarily at a different location and I was told to use the original address as their mail was being redirected.
